Starbucks announced its new specialty spring drink, because they know middle school girls go crazy for a limited time frappuccino. From March 15-20, they’ll be selling the Cherry Blossom Frappuccino, which apparently looks like a pink flower in a cup. Florals for spring, how groundbreaking.
But this Cherry Blossom Frap is false advertising, because the drink is actually a strawberries and cream frappuccino with matcha drizzle. If I wanted to drink 3000 calories in a grande, I’d be pretty upset about this marketing ploy. But IDGAF, so congrats to whatever marketing intern came up with this plan.
